Private Party FAQ



-Private parties are booked by placing a deposit of $140.00 (which also goes towards 4 of your guests)  in order to secure the desired date and time, after availability is confirmed by the studio or a private virtual event. ($35.00 per person).

Cancellation Policy:

While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our private party cancellation policy is in place to protect the professional artists who are booked specifically for your party. For this reason, we have a firm no refund or credits policy in place once the deposit is paid and the date is booked. Please let your guests know, that there will be no refunds or credits given if they decide to cancel or no show once their ticket is purchased.



Minimum of 10 people. Parties of fewer than 10 guests, are permissible at the owners discretion based on availability/demand. Please contact 405-463-9820 for parties that don’t meet the minimum of 10 people requirement. 

  • Choice of: any painting in our Trip-Z Art Painting Library 

  • Your own artist

  • $35.00 canvas painting party (2 hours)

  • Customized Music 

  • A link to the party-page will be provided to the host so guests can sign up in advance

  • We provide wine glasses, bottle openers as well as aprons and all art materials

  • Food/Beverages: We encourage you to bring any drinks, food, and/or snacks that you’d like, crockpots are also welcome. We are BYOB, for customers 21&UP. You can bring in beer, liquor and wine as well. 


Our classes start on time

  • Party duration may also be extended at the price of $50 for an additional 30 minutes

  • Private parties that start late (30 minutes or longer) may be subject to a late fee of $50.00 per 30 minutes).

  • Please encourage your guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party’s start time to settle in with a drink and snack.

**Please do not arrive any earlier than 30 minutes to allow our staff to properly set up for your party**
